Baker in the Making!

When she said the recipe called for 6 tablespoons of yeast I knew she was making a batch big enough for sharing…

A couple weeks back the kids cooked up entire meal on their own, washed floors, and even did the dishes. They made homemade garlic hummus, baked fish, broccoli,  carrots, and lemon squares (the real deal not from a package but from freshly squeezed lemons).  All because they wanted me to order them some coins for some on-line game they play.  The deal is they were paying for it, I just had to put it on my credit card.  Bribery is a wonderful thing!  Ha, my kids have caught on….lol

BEST CINNAMON ROLLS EVER…..HER INSPIRATION (AKA RECIPE) CAME FROM  HERE, CLICK IF YOU WANT TO MAKE SOME TOO!

  1. Thank you for sharing... You may not have realized but I just posted on FB how much I miss my daughter... she, as you know, lives in Virginia with her husband and my grandson! I am sick at heart with missing them tonight...I miss our little family of 4 that used to be ....ya know... or you will know some day in the future! I enjoy watching your little family grow and experience new adventures here on your blog and by listening to John at work... Your daughter is precious and I love seeing this blog and your photo's of her cooking and experiencing new things... ENJOY every minute... it goes by so fast.

  3. I have cinnamon rolls on my agenda for the week as well. What an ooey-gooey, sticky, delicious-looking mess of goodness. I think I'll be making a slightly smaller batch...

  4. I am definitely going to be making these. I'm happy to see kids still baking. I continuously encourage my younger siblings to cook with me. I bet your cinnamon rolls tasted amazing!
