Sunday Stills on Saturday Night

Another week of Sunday Stills photo challenge this week subject was whatever so here it is.... From the imagination of an 8 year old. Can you guess what this is?

Not the best shot but it gives you a better idea of size and shape.

OK I KNOW YOU MAINERS KNOW WHAT THIS IS. LET'S SEE SOME COMMENTS FROM SOME OF YOU LOCAL FOLLOWERS THAT NEVER SPEAK UP! I WOULD LOVE TO HERE FROM YOU...LIKE MIKI AT THE BANK SHE'S A REAL MAINE WOMAN OR MY NEIGHBORS, COME ON GARY YOU KNOW WHAT THIS IS? I'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM SOME OF YOU LOCALS TOO.

p.s. MM didn't kill me for the last post, he laughed. Whew!

  4. The consensus in ICU is a NEWT. I am totally amazed. I had a Plecostomus that grew to 2 ft in my aquarium. I never took him out to take picures of him. LOL. Thanks for the laugh, we all needed it.

    I think the second one is a salamander. We have smaller ones here but they kind of look the same.

  14. As I'm late to the comments, already knew the dog butt, and I thought the 2nd looked like a tadpole from a bullfrog, but no clue if you have those in Maine.

  15. Clearly that first one is a dog butt :) I think that fits with a collage I put up yesterday. Is that one of those mud skipper things?? I've never seen one (we don't have them in Hawaii) but I've heard of them.

  18. Like the others, I vote that the first pic is the back of the dog with the glasses to make the face.... but the second - salamander maybe? I've seen some similar around here, but with a bit more blue-ish color on the body...
