~ FAMILY & FRIENDS - continue to enjoy every moment I have with them. Be spontaneous and have fun! Take nobody for granted!
~ FOOD - eat mostly whole foods, preserve more than ever before, grow/raise a good portion of our food.
~ FITNESS - continue to be consistent with an exercise regimen and ENJOY what mother nature has to offer. Loose a few pounds!!!
~ FARM - purchase solar fencing and get set up for cows. Learn as much as I can about rotational grazing.
~ FARMHOUSE - put up trim & bead board. Finishing touches.... lots of wood work. Install a new bathroom floor.
Cheers to another great year!
Happy New Year Kim!

Hello Country Girl, Please forgive me for being so bold, but I am doing a big of blog surfing to invite people over to my blog to enter my 2nd annual giveaway. There are no gimmicks. This is just my way of celebrating two years of blogging. I am giving away a free caricature drawn by me - and some other illustrations. I'd be honored if you came over and signed up.
ReplyDeleteThank you, thank you, thank you!!!for being such an outstanding friend! You are one of a kind and I thank God everyday for showing me my own kindred spirit! I love you dearly as well as your entire family, although we spend way too little time together! Here's to a great new year and may nothing but postive growth be before us! Take care of yourself and the rest will fall into place! I am lucky to have you girl!
ReplyDeleteFinding your blog was a blogging highlight for 2008!
ReplyDeleteThank you for all you do and share. I am looking forward to seeing your goals achieved and to hear about your cow adventures.
Happy new year!!
Happy New Year, Kim!
ReplyDeleteGreat goals! And best wishes getting each one accomplished! Cows! WOO HOO boy will you have fun and be busy! Let me know if you have any questions, we have a heard of close to 200 now. LOTS to learn..wish you could come here and take a look first hand at feeding calving problems, vet checks..etc! There is a lot to learn! But I promise its doable! One word of advice though I HAVE to give even if you didnt ask for it...a lot of people are loud, use sticks and noisy things to get cattle to do what they want....dont even go there! They hear very well, the quieter you are, using repition ALWAYS keep things the same, they will be calm and cooperative...and number one rule..DONT BUY COWS FROM THE STOCKYARDS...they are there for a reason..crazy or sick, old, cant calve! LOL look for farmer selling...okay I could go on, but you didnt even ask for advice, I just love my cows and everything about them and love talking about them! LOL sometimes I get carried away....good luck on everything!
