Maine Man and I laid in bed the other night with smiles on our face as we watched one video or her after another on my lap top. About 20-24 hours before you want your bread mix together 3 cups of flour, 1/4 teaspoon of yeast, and 1 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Add 1 5/8 cup of water. Cover bowl with saran wrap. Let dough rest for 12-18 hours at room temperature.
